Happy Wednesday, peeps! I am squeaking in one more Halloween card this week, using an interesting challenge from As You See It:
Hmmmm….not sure if I have ever used a triangle on a card…..well, I guess I have but not one quite like this:
I am still on the fence (or maybe I should say “I’m on the broom”) about this card!! I just got this cute little vintage cat stamp, and I just am not sure if he’s really that impressive in white ink on black cardstock! But I wanted to get this in the mail, so onward I went, adding some panels from MME’s Frightful DSP line; a sentiment from Rubbernecker (retired); some glimmer paper and silver ribbon, and some black and orange sequins! Maybe next year I can use this little guy again in a different color, LOL!!! Thanks for visiting today!
Bubble wrap makes for great entertainment!

I like it! The cat has a "ghostie quality" being stamped in white on the black CS. All the rest fits together beautifully ( as per your usual). The sideways triangle gives a sense of motion to the cat on the broom. well done!

Wow, you not only braved this interesting challenge but aced it with flying colors! LOVE the kitty on the broom and he fits perfectly in your triangle.
ReplyDeleteCute card, LeAnne! I love your choice of papers and way to rock all the elements of the challenge! Thanks for playing with us at As You See It Challenges this week!
ReplyDeleteCute card LeAnne!! I like the cat on the broomstick, it looks like a chalk drawn image!
ReplyDeleteMy favourite part is the stamped image. It's funny how when things don't turn out the way we see them in our mind, that we think they don't turn out. It takes another perspective to point out that it is great :) Thanks for playing along with our Assortment Challenge at AYSI this week.
