Happy Wednesday, peeps! I had fun making this card…these colors and prints from the Fresh Prints pad are so cool! I used the Mojo Monday sketch:
to make a cute card for one of my customers:
Just a wee bit of stamping, a few embellishments and layers and it was done! The sketch and the paper did most of the work!!
The Chalk Talk dies are so versatile….I use this one all the time! (AND…they are on special this week; you can check out all the Stampin’Up! WEEKLY DEALS here! Check out the Clearance Rack while you’re there….and just click the “shop” button to place an order!)
I did hand-cut a little banner, broke the fibers in the cardstock using my bone folder, then separated it to make a suede-looking embellie:
Thanks for visiting!
Cassidy learned to use washi tape!

ReplyDeleteOh I love that broken fiber in the cardstock. That is a great technique. The card is very pretty.
ReplyDeleteOk How do you put the 3 pictures together. I was trying to do that in PSE with two and I could not get it the way I wanted it to save my life. Those are adorable pictures of Cassidy.
We had to call the ambulance to take Mary to the hospital yesterday. She had a bad UTI infection and was seeing thing and very weak. They are keeping her another night. Thank goodness. Poor dear is so weak and just won't eat or drink enough.
Such pretty layers LeAnne. But my fave part is the sweet polka dot butterfly!! Cute pics of Cassidy today ;)
