Paper Players 171

DSCF8959

Howdy, peeps!  Hope your weekend is scooting along fabulously!   Ann is our hostess today for the Paper Players and she has chosen this beautiful seasonal palette for us to play with:

I went CAS again, using a Waltzingmouse set called Country Labels 4.  I could play with this set for a long time!!  Such pretty, country images.  Here we go:

LeAnne Pugliese WeeInklings Paper Players 171 Blessings Card

I used some papers from my retired stash and stamped the border image in Early Espresso, the leaf in Crushed Curry and the sentiment in Tangerine Tango, then cut it out with a Nestability Label 4 die:

A couple of candy dot “brads” and a stitched bow and my card is complete!  Easy peasy!   Another one for my Thanksgiving stash!   Hope you can find inspiration with these colors, as well as with the designers’ samples!  Check them out at the Paper Players blog, or here:

Cassidy was having quite an animated discussion with Grampy; I think it might have been about carrots and not eating them so she would have some to feed the horses:

The look….it says “You just can’t win, can you?”!!!!!

  4. Wonderfully simple card LeAnne- great layers! And I love that series of photos! Definitely a rather involved conversation from the look of it. :)

  5. Oh, I hate to see Fall go! Your card captures the reason why...so many colors I love! Very sweet card, LeAnne.

Please tell your hubby, "Thank you for his service, from a grateful, stamping, blogger in Iowa tomorrow! Happy Veterans Day."

  7. I love seeing the bold splash of Crushed Curry--it really makes the other colors pop! The sweet ribbon knot is just the perfect accent too!
