Just a quick little post today and then off to do a myriad of errands and chores! This is for Create with Connie & Mary’s sketch this week:
I let most of the work be done by the Gingham Garden papers:
Just a wee bit of stamping—Delightful Dozen and Four Frames, then some ribbon and a punched flower! Can’t get any easier than that! And I have to admit: I did not look at all the samples from CCMC before making this, and I see that I have almost CASEd one of them to a T! Ooops! You can see Margaret’s card here. Oh dear…great minds think alike! Have a marvelous day!
What a sweet card LeAnne ~ Love the DP that you used for this...gingham...who doesn't LOVE that! and thanks for the reminder that this is what I'm definitely lacking in my stash...get well cards! I'd better get that on my list so I remember! TFS and enjoy your weekend ~ hope the weather has blown out of your neck of the woods!

ReplyDeleteOh...isn't it AMAZING when great minds think alike! It's funny that it is almost just the opposite with how you used the papers. DARLING!!! Thanks for playing along this week in the Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge!

ReplyDeleteGreat card, LeAnne! What a great choice of dsp : ) too! So glad you said "great minds".. I definitely take that as a compliment! But even using the same dsp, the creativity muse led us in different directions with embellishing, which is the great thing about stamping, isn't it! I love your card and I'm always needing get well cards too (hmm..) Thanks for joining us for the sketch challenge this week at Create with Connie and Mary!
ReplyDeleteHow can someone NOT get well soon with this cheery card?! Thanks for joining us in the sketch challenge this week at Create with Connie and Mary!
