Try Stampin’ on Tuesday Sketch #77

 DSCF5805

I haven’t done a Try Stampin on Tuesday challenge for a while, and I liked this sketch, even though I turned it on its side:

I had some pretty MME papers on my desk from another project, so I kept right on using them!

I used some already-shabbied-up ribbon and I realize that the darker blue looks a little odd here….don’t know why the ink did that!  But it sort of matches!  I know the recipient will like it anyway!  I added a pretty butterfly accent along with some lace from my stash:

Both the frame and the butterfly are stamped with SU’s Four Frames; the sentiment is from PTI.  Feel free to shoot me an email if you have any questions!

Anyone ever play with clothespins when they were a kid?  Dropping them into a soda bottle or a jar?

Of course, it was only a matter of minutes before the floor looked like this:

She was very good about picking them up, though!!!  Training her early!

  1. Great card! Love the colors and the crinkle ribbon. I probably wouldn't have noticed the darker blue if you hadn't called it out.

  3. Love that sweet paper pattern and colors, LeAnne! And also the way you did the sentiment panel. I have that Four Frames stamp set and rarely pull it out...now I'm missing it! :)

I played with clothespins and an orange juice (glass) bottle when I was a kid. I thought it was SO fun!
