Hi peeps! I have a quick card for you this morning, courtesy of those sweet girls at a la Card monkey – Shirley & Terri! They asked me to be a guest designer again, and this week it’s an “Anything Goes” challenge, using this sketch:
It seems like I am making lots of Christmas cards, so I switched gears and used this to make a thank-you card for a recent hostess:
I switched it up just a little, putting my ribbon down the front of the panel instead of behind. I added a sentiment from Perfect Punches, which happens to be 40% off when you order online! Woohoo….and it is an extremely versatile set, too! (You can always order online from me---just click on the catalog icon on the right!) I used some yummy Spice Cake paper as well, and made a little flower with coordinating colors with my Boho Blossom punch and an In Color brad—sweet!
I hope you’ll play along with all the other monkeys! Check out their blog here!
Wee Details:
- Stamps: Perfect Punches
- Paper: Pool Party, More Mustard, Early Espresso, Very Vanilla, Spice Cake DP

I love your card, LeAnne! Love the mix of patterns from the Spice Cake DSP package paired with polka dot ribbon! Your punched flower embellishment is the perfect finishing touch too! You've inspired me to get out this stamp set and ink it up again!
ReplyDeleteI looked, but since you know me, you'll know my question is: WHERE are the Perfect Punches??
ReplyDeleteI love how all of the little elements combine to make such a cute card - the paper button, twine, layers of punched flowers, designer brad.... Lovely job! Thanks for being our Guest Designer this week at A La Card Monkey!
