Happy Monday, peeps! How are your holiday plans coming? I am catching up! But still have some shopping to do! I did squeeze in some stamping time to create a birthday card using the Atlantic Hearts Sketch for this week:
The sentiment is from the retired Charming Sentiments, stamped in Cherry Cobbler on a scrap of Naturals White cardstock (also retired). The floral panel has mats of Pebbled Path and Cherry Cobbler, and I diecut a banner from Moody Mauve to back my sentiment. The banner was stamped in Versamark with Elements of Text to give it a more vintage look. I also found the organdy rose and some pink lace in my stash (although I didn't match the scallops of my lace--horrors!) to add to the vintage feel. The rose was actually off-white, so I sponged some Berry Burst ink on it and added some pink glitter.
On the inside, I stamped a birthday sentiment from Waffle Flower:
This will be winging its way to the recipient this week! Glad you popped in today! I hope you'll find some time to create something with our Atlantic Hearts sketch this week! Enjoy your day and be blessed!
