Happy Thursday, peeps! Kim's sketch at Freshly Made Sketches is a fun one, and I was itching to use some of these beautiful Country Woods papers! So here's the sketch:

These shabby-chic papers are beautiful but I do admit, I was stumped as to what to add to them to give a little more interest. I ended up stamping one of the little blooms from Country Birdhouse along the bottom half, but in hindsight, I'd probably not do that again. I did stamp a sentiment from the same set in Pebbled Path, with some little fleur-de-lis in Petal Pink for the diagonal piece:
I used a little torn piece of Pebbled Path as a border, and added a little flower as well. I think the pink in these papers really matches Blushing Bride better, so that's what I used to color the flower! I look forward to using these papers again! Thanks for popping in today! You have the prettiest papers, LeAnne! And I love the stamped flowers on the bottom section with the matching colored and cut flower on the sentiment strip. Pretty colors too!
