Hello again, stampers! Squeaking in another card today! Since I am always playing along with the Atlantic Heart Sketches, I decided to throw my hat in the ring for a DT position, and here I am! Here's this week's sketch:
And here's my Easter take on it:
I used some "vintage" Chicken Scratch papers from Papertrey and cut out some eggs, then added an Impression Obsession bunny and a CTMH sentiment! The background papers are some long-ago-forgotten SU and the rickrack was created with the Best Borders dies! I added some enamel dots and a little flowery "tail" and called it done!
And the inside featured another sentiment from the same CTMH set, Easter Animals:
I hope you'll play along with us over at the Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge blog! And I almost forgot...I am entering this over at As You See It as well, where they are looking for eggs!

Love the pastels. I'm glad you are on the DT. I might just play this week, we'll see. It was helpfuln for me to see how you interpreted the sketch. My mojo was a little lacking today for our team blog hop on Thursday and I have another team hop next Tuesday. I'm becoming very involved in groups in TN so card making has taken a back seat!
ReplyDeleteLeAnne, I think you're a shoo-in for this team! I love your eggs - though I'm new to the term 'chicken scratch' I'm assuming it's the pattern in the sweet papers you cut them from! An abundance of cuteness here - right down to that sweet little bunny's tail!
