Happy Tuesday, peeps! I have a fun shaker card for you today and it uses the sketch from Atlantic Hearts:
And here we go:
I started by making the shaker portion, using one side of a SU clear envelope as the front of the shaker, adhering it to a piece of printed paper on three sides of the back, filling with glitter and sequins, and then adhering the fourth side closed. I diecut three funky trees and adhered to the front, then attached the whole thing to a scalloped piece of Crumb Cake:
I embossed a piece of white cardstock with a Darice snowflake embossing folder, then adhered it to a Merry Merlot card base. A wee bit of grosgrain ribbon and Linen thread formed a bow for the top. I stamped a really old Sweet & Sassy sentiment for the front and an equally old Waltzingmouse sentiment went on the inside:
This card really is prettier in real life than it shows in the photos! You'll have to take my word for it! Thanks for visiting today!
