Hi there peeps! Another post for today, this time it's a new Tic Tac Toe challenge for Team X! I chose the left column of Ribbon, Leaves and Embossing:
I ran a piece of Very Vanilla through a leafy embossing folder, then sponged color on all the raised areas:
I happened to need a birthday card for a woman who lives in Albuquerque but was visiting her sister here in town. Her sister threw her a surprise birthday party and it was so much fun! Very low-key and small, but we were honored to be asked! The older sister is in her 90s, almost blind, and still raises steers on her little farm! Amazing! Anyway, after doing all the sponging, I mounted it on a Cinnamon Cider card base, added some Cinnamon Cider twill ribbon and a Tailor Made Tag, on which I stamped a birthday sentiment from Best Year and a little Lawn Fawn stitched leaf! I tied it on with some retired Old Olive Linen Thread. It matched the centerpiece they had created for the table, which was full of fall leaves!
I hope you'll play with our Tic Tac Toe grid....always so much fun to see what you all come up with! Share it with us over at the blog...can't wait to see what you create! Thanks for popping in today! Enjoy your day and be blessed!

Love this, LeAnne! I never think to sponge ink onto an embossed piece. Great idea! I miss our afternoons in Laura's barn where we shared ideas, tips and tricks. ~xoxo
