Happy Friday, peeps! Hope you have a fun weekend planned! Sunday is Mother's Day and my sweet SIL has something nice planned for the mothers in his life, so I am looking forward to that! He told me that I could bring John along too, LOL! Anyway, I have a very CAS card today, and since it uses an old stamp and a new die, I am entering it at the Always Fun Challenge of new and old! So here we go:
It's always nice to have a card on hand to let someone know that you're thinking of them! Thanks for popping in today!
Speaking of birds (that's all I seem to be doing these days), I thought things were going to be quiet at the feeder for a while, but as I was making lunch yesterday, I glanced out the window and saw an indigo bunting!! Again, my heart went pitter-patter! They also migrate through on their way south, but I haven't seen one for quite a while:
Enjoy your day and be blessed!
"So God created the great creatures of the sea and every living thing with which the water teems and that moves about in it, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good." Genesis 1:21

I remember last year when Gene and I were in NC we saw one. Truly a beauty! Thank you for sharing your birds with us. It never gets old. I like your CAS card.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card!
ReplyDeleteNice card. Love the clean and simple look and that cloud border is neat. I will have to check those dies out! Your bird photos are awesome! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteLeAnne, your card is so lovely - and the swallow is timely, with all the birds you've seen this week!
ReplyDeleteThe Indigo Bunting is a favorite 'round here, too... though our current environment doesn't seduce them to visit!

This is so pretty and peaceful, love it! Love that Indigo Bunting too, what a gorgeous blue he is!
ReplyDeleteLove that new die! And that indigo bird is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteSo simple yet super effective! I missed these new dies on my first pass but have them on order now! Love seeing your garden birds too - so much more colourful than the ones we have here in the UK!
