Hi stampers! Happy Wednesday! The most recent Color Dare challenge is a monochromatic blue one! I love blue!
My recent club members made a monochromatic card using Misty Moonlight with a wee bit of Seaside Spray, so I thought I would share it here. It's sort of a "peek-a-boo" card; it features a clear panel of acetate through which the inside sentiment "peeks" through! So here we go:
We used the Greenery embossing folder, the floral from the Positive Thoughts stamp set, doing some generational stamping to get a lighter hue, the Nature's Thoughts and Stitched So Sweetly dies, and some ribbon and matching DSP:
We made use of the Stamparatus to make sure our sentiment fit within the window perfectly:
And for some sparkle, added a little gem from the Holiday Rhinestones to the butterfly diecut:
Everyone enjoyed making it too! And remember how I told you I have nice friends in yesterday's post? My friend and club member Donna brought these for me to enjoy:
They came from a local Amish farm, and I AM enjoying them! They're beautiful!
Thanks for visiting today! Enjoy your day and be blessed!
You might know by now my relationship with blue... and I also know how much you love it. That love shows loud and clearly beautiful today, LeAnne! Honestly? this is a blue I could wrap my heart around!
