Hello, peeps! I snuck in a Christmas card (I should be making birthdays!) because I had this Festive Farmhouse DSP out on my desk for another project, and it seemed perfect for the Global Design Project's sketch:
Card base is Cherry Cobbler; the banner is Very Vanilla, embossed with the Basketweave EF:
Sentiments are from Merry Christmas to All, the Tranquil Tide diecut is from Merry Christmas Thinlets; the little holly is from the Alpine Sports dies; it comes as two layers and I added a layer of Frost White Shimmer on the top layer and gave it some Real Red glimmer paper "berries":
This went together nicely!! Thanks for visiting today!
Over the weekend Cassidy and family went to Rehoboth Beach for the Sea Witch festival. Most of the activies were cancelled due to the storm, but Cassidy got her first Uber ride; apparently the driver decorates his car with party lights!
Enjoy your day and be blessed!

Love that banner, LeAnne! And the DSP with the script writing is just gorgeous! Pretty card for that sketch. Cassidy looks like she is ready for anything in that car! I thought she was on a ride, as in a carnival ride, when I saw the picture! 😉
ReplyDeleteAll my close card-making buddies are really putting the pressure on to order the Festive Farmhouse DSP. I just succumbed to the Country Home so I might as well cave today! It almost looks like Cassidy is in the Cash Cab! I will have a blessed day because you are a blessing my "little pumpkin girl" :-) Thank you!!
ReplyDeleteLeAnne this is darling! That DP reminds me of the custom-made number I did years ago... I'll be bringing that back this year, for sure!

Super pretty Christmas card, LeAnne! Love that the paper does the work and you've added the embossed panel with your sentiment on! I have been looking at this sheet of DSP wondering what to use it for. LOL Oh my, the look on Cassidy's face and all those different lights.....IN A CAR!!?? Who knew?! Haha! Enjoy your day! :)
ReplyDeleteMiss C. Ames me laugh! Pretty holiday card!
ReplyDeleteThat little bit of texture from the embossed panel is the perfect touch to your pretty card!
ReplyDeleteSweet card, LeAnne. Love the textured banner and the popped up white-on-red HOLIDAY.
