Hello everyone! It's Thursday, and that means it's time for another Inspired By challenge! I received this pretty Altenew set called Beautiful You from my friend Martha, but hadn't really had a chance to play with it, so I put it to work with some yummy Berry Burst cardstock and ribbon. Here we go:
I stamped the sentiment and strawberry on Shimmery White cardstock with Palette Noir ink, then loosely colored the berry with some Berry Burst ink and an aquapainter. I stamped some greenery in the background with Smoky Slate, then cut it out with the largest oval Stitched Shapes Framelit:
I did some dry embossing on the Whisper White and Berry Burst panels, added a scalloped frame and matted it with some Champagne Foil, although it's hard to see in the photo! I had a little scrap of Berry Burst ribbon from a previous project and I attached it with some silver thread and added a few sequins from sweet Laurel...aren't they pretty? They match better IRL! And here is Laurel's prompt:
My mouth is watering, just looking at that yummy cheesecake! So I hope that you'll visit the IB blog, check out all the other delicious creations, and share yours as well! Happy Stamping!
My little Valentine yesterday morning:
All smiles! Enjoy your day and be blessed!

I love the scalloped frame and all the layering. You know I'm not a CAS girl! But your Cass girl is really growing up. I was amazed at how mature she looks in this photo. I'll pass on the cheesecake, said Karen...NEVER!
