Happy Friday everyone! I hope you have something fun planned for this weekend! It's time for another As You See It challenge, and these "eclectic" challenges are always fun! So here are the elements you must use on your card:
I began with the colors from the Hand Stamped Sentiments challenge to get me started on this decidedly spring-like creation:
I had barely used any of the DSP from the Color Theory Stack, but I remembered that there was a yellow stripe, so I attached that to my Very Vanilla base. I stamped a few sprigs of greenery from Blooms and Wishes in So Saffron, then added a Swirly Scribbles wreath in Always Artichoke and a little bird from Birds and Blooms in Night of Navy:
I found some green brads to make centers for my Beautiful Bouquet flowers:
and added a sentiment on the front from Blooms and Wishes, and the one on the inside is from Colorful Seasons! I gave love to lots of different sets on this card, LOL!
I really enjoyed making this card...I hope you will find some time in the next couple of weeks to play with our challenge, and be sure to pop by the blog to see what the other designers came up with!
Cassidy enlisted Grampy's help to surprise me by washing my car! That WAS quite a surprise! She needed a little help with the elbow grease but it was the thought that touched my heart. I think she might miss me just a wee little bit....but you know how kids are!
Enjoy your day and be blessed!

ReplyDeleteLove this card LeAnne - so cheery! I ran a mile when I saw the challenge badge this week, but having perused the DT cards they are so inspiring I think I might have a go after all! How sweet of Cassidy to want to do something nice for you!
ReplyDeleteAnother beauty! Love that gorgeous stamping over the striped paper and the cute wee bird on his wreath of branches.
ReplyDeleteSweet and totally divine! The details are so perfectly placed and the stamped background leaves are my favorite. I am always glad to visit your blog and see what great stuff you create. Thanks for joining us at Hand Stamped Sentiments. Smiles, Elizabeth
