Happy Monday, peeps! I have a simple card today using the Can You Case It sketch:
I hadn't had a chance to use the fun Pop of Pink DSP, and I haven't played with Foxy Friends nearly enough, so I combined the two:
I loved the card that my friend Dawn created here, so I cased the diagonal stripe concept on mine! I created the sentiment with the Labeler Alphabet and added a couple of enamel hearts, which are really cute embellishments! The skunk is from the various elements of the Foxy Friends punch; the stripe on the his tail is just a punched piece, trimmed down.
And it isn't a skunk, but I picked up a little lady bug umbrella for Cassidy at a local yard sale....she put it to good use last week when it rained!
A certain cheery sight on a rainy day!
And the last of my birthday cards! This fun one is from my Paper Players teamie, Joanne:
and this beautiful fun-fold card is from my friend, Wendy:
and this pretty Swirly Scribbles card from my friend Linda:
Thank you, ladies! And have a blessed day!
Two of my faves, diagonals and stripes! That skunk is so "stinkin'" (pun intended) cute! Those enamel dots are perfect! Great card and thanks for the shout out too!
ReplyDeleteGreat yard sale find too! Umbrellas are always a hit and when it's cute it's even better!
What a sweet little skunk she is! LOve that pink, and Cassidy's darling umbrella ... wish I'd gotten that rain! xx

I love the design, colors, and adorable skunk - especially the tiny enamel heart accent! Cute! Miss Cassidy is growing so quickly before our eyes - wasn't she just born a few months ago? Love her umbrella and boots :)
ReplyDeleteThat skunk is stinkin' cute, Leanne! Thanks for playing along with us this week at CYCI! ~Amber
ReplyDeleteLove the labeler alphabet...it's on my wish list. Can you case the one by Wendy or have you done that fold before? I love it! Love to see how you are stretching out your birthday celebration...and that umbrella...just as cute as your granddaughter!
ReplyDeleteKaren, I did do that fold before and put in a link in my post. It's from my July 18 post. I can't find your email so I couldn't contact you directly!
