Happy Sunday, peeps! It’s Sandy’s turn to host the Paper Players this week, and it’s a Tac-Tac-Toe challenge! Here ya go:
I had a card made for Merry Monday’s challenge, (and also the Can You Case It sketch from last week) which is to use blue, white and texture on your card. When I checked Sandy’s challenge, I found I had used several of the elements! SO, here it is:
I think I have almost all the squares except ribbon and tree!! I used some papers from MME’s Vintage Christmas line; the snowflakes (Taylored Expressions) were cut from white cardstock, covered with Versamark ink, sprinkled and heat embossed with Heat & Stick powder, then covered with various glitters from my stash. Here’s a closer look at them:
I added some sequins for fun, and both the outside and inside sentiments are from Waltzingmouse’s Compliments of the Season, stamped in Lost Lagoon:
How will play our tic-tac-toe challenge? There are lots of fun possibilities, I am sure you can find one that will fit your need! Share your creation with us at the Paper Players, where you can see all the designers’ creations as well!
Enjoy your day!
What a great card LeAnne - almost a clean sweep of the board! I love the texture and dimension of those glittery snowflakes - they remind me of the crisp crunch of walking on new fallen snow on a frosty morning! Pretty background paper too.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous card LeAnne! Love those snowflakes (although you can keep them out there if you please)! We are gearing up for our 4 month island adventure and the less snow here the better! Cassidy is getting to be so grown up! She's going to be a beauty like her mom and her grandma!

I just love the sparkles, colors and sentiment! Now I have that song going through my head...let it snow let it snow let it snow...AND what a gorgeous pic of Cassidy. I bet the holidays are fun with her around!
ReplyDeleteLove these glittery snowflakes, LeAnn! Pretty paper too! It's always so nice to see you over at Merry Monday!
ReplyDeleteLeAnne your sparkly blue and white snowflakes are just gorgeous! My DD says I need to use glitter more often but I am just such a glitter phobe. How awesome you already had the card made up too; I love when that happens. Thanks for making my tic tac toe board shine!
ReplyDeleteThis is lovely LeAnne! I like the textured look the glitter gives the snowflakes. Seeing that sweet little face is a great way to end my day :)
