Happy Thursday, everyone! The week is winding down…we are getting used to the new normal, which is always subject to change, LOL! I loved the Freshly Made Sketches sketch this week:
And although this didn’t turn out quite the way I planned, it will do! I went with a monochromatic green color palette of Mossy Meadow and Pear Pizzazz along with Awesomely Artistic and some English Garden dsp:
The images in this set are so pretty, you can’t go wrong with it! I stamped a sentiment from Teeny Tiny Wishes on some vellum and layered the element over top, then added some retired pleated ribbon. I positioned the dragonfly right on top…and his wings are all Wink-of-Stella’ed up, but you’ll have to take my word for how pretty they are!
I added a sentiment from Thoughts & Prayers on the inside to finish it off!
Before school started, Cassidy went camping at Jellystone Park, where she posed with Yogi and Cindy! She really had a great time there!
Enjoy your day!
Love your card...it has a feeling of "new life", which is perfect for get well wishes!
ReplyDeleteHello LeAnne: Your card is gorgeous, love the monochromatic style, this combination of green shades is lovely. The way you framed the sentiment is beautiful, I've never seen it done this way, what a fantastic idea, I will CASE it, if you don't mind.
