A get well card this morning using the colors from Colour Me…!, shown below:

and the sketch from Try Stampin’ On Tuesday:

And here we go:

LeAnne Pugliese WeeInklings Get Well Stampin Up Easter Blossoms

I don’t usually do well with Asian themes, but I did remember the retired Easter Blossoms had a cherry blossom image, so I stamped it in Early Espresso ink and used my Chalk pen to fill in the flowers.  My Very Vanilla background was “stamped” by inking the raised portion of the Honeycomb embossing folder with So Saffron ink and lightly pressing it on the cardstock.  I added some butterfly images from Dreams du Jour and some Gorgeous Grunge splatters:

A sentiment from Teeny Tiny Wishes and some So Saffron banners finished it off.  Thanks for visiting today!

A new batch of homemade play-doh!

  8. Your card is beautiful, LeAnne. Love the soft spring colors and your colored flowers. I think I need to give my chalk pen a try. It's been sitting around too long. Thanks for joining us at Try Stampin' on Tuesday.
