This Card Cracks Me Up

DSCF7802

Happy Wednesday, all!  I have a super-duper quick card today; once I had this idea, it came together in a jiffy, and it just cracks me up:

I had the You Rock stamp set out for an earlier card, and when I was flipping through the Adventure Bound DSP, and saw this paper, a little light bulb went on in my head!  I used the retired Heart punch and Scalloped Heart of Hearts Embosslits for the sentiment and mounted it on some White Jute Ribbon.  Fun!

Cassidy rediscovered some of her baby books I had stored away, and she enjoyed “reading” them again!

Enjoy your day!

  9. You know... I hadn't thought to connect these two together... genius! Thanks for making me laugh! The jute is a perfect way to separate the background paper and let the sentiment stand out. Awesome!
