Happy Saturday, everyone, Wow, it is rainy, cold and gloomy here in PA today! I am having a hard time getting started this morning! But it will be a good day to stay inside and craft, so I’d better get crackin’!
I have a quick little card today using a freebie digital image from The Alley Way Stamps and some fun graphic papers:
The “xoxo” sentiment is from SU’s Project Life Remember This set; I also used MaryJo’s sketch from this week’s Technostamper:
I colored him in with some Copics, and popped him up on some dimensionals:
Papers are from MME’s Lime Twist/Fly A Kite line (I think!! My papers are all mixed up!) Enjoy your day!
Last week we came home from preschool to find a little female finch stuck inside the bird feeder (excuse the dirty glass, I never think to wash it!!!!):
We lifted the lid off, but she wouldn’t fly out:
We slid up the glass, and she still wouldn’t fly out!
We finally coaxed her out and she flew away!!!
It was pretty exciting to be so close to one of these little birds and Cassidy loved it!
Why would she want to go? Yummy food, warm home, cute little girl visiting, amazing crafting....couldn't get any better!! I love your posts.
ReplyDeleteThis is adorable! I do love pups!
ReplyDeleteThis sweet little fella has a permanent home at my house! Thank you so much LeAnne, it was very thoughtful and means a lot to me ~ HUGS!!!
ReplyDeleteAdorable card. Great layout.
ReplyDeleteI don't think it is good for the birds to clean the glass. Well that is my reason and I am sticking to it.
I love the pictures. Nature is so much fun.

What a cute little puppy and exciting to rescue the little finch! Jack & Pop found some bluebird feathers the other day. I think we're feeding the birds and they're feeding the hawks! It was sad to see they got a bluebird.
ReplyDeleteCute card, I always forget about the MDS stamps! And how cute is that little bird, so glad you were able to get it to fly away. Thanks so much for playing along with my sketch challenge this week!
ReplyDeleteI don't know a darn thing about finches, but maybe she was planning to stay a while, I mean the food was plentiful, the view was pretty nice, the roof was keeping the rain out, why not set up house for a bit? Darling card!
ReplyDeleteGreat colors on this card, love the mix of papers you used and that little doggy is darling!
ReplyDeleteYour way of telling everything in this piece of writing is really fastidious, all be capable of easily know it, Thanks a
ReplyDeletelot.
I'm not sure why but this web site is loading very slow for me.
ReplyDeleteIs anyone else having this problem or is it a issue on my end?
I'll check back later on and see if the problem still exists.
