Paper Players 221

Hi everyone! It’s Sunday, and that means it’s Paper Players time!  Sandy is our hostess this week with a beautiful color challenge!  Don’t you just love these colors together?

This is one of the those cards that just makes me happy!  Christmas colors, vintage Santa, gingham, snowflakes and velvet ribbon!  Woohoo!

I used the sketch from the Paper Craft Crew challenge to get me started:

The gingham is a retired SU wheel that I took off the roller and added cling foam so that it can be used on a block….makes it much easier to stamp in a straight line, too!  The Santa and the sentiment are from an old Crafty Secrets set…my all-time favorite vintage Christmas set, I think!  Isn’t the detail on this image great?

I added some retired Very Vanilla velveteen ribbon, and then stamped on the inside as well:
