Happy Friday, peeps! Today is family day—big wedding day for my niece and I get to spend some time with ALL my siblings and family and dad….a banner day for me, so this will be short and sweet! Can you stand another wedding card? I know someone will be at my door today asking if I have any wedding cards made, and when I saw that CAS(e) This Sketch was featuring both my friends Lesley and Tracey, I knew I had to play along….besides, the sketch by Chrissy is awesome! I took a few tiny liberties with it. Here it is:
Lesley’s card and layout really inspired me! I just changed the flowers to hearts….lot of them:
Again, the colors are pink and gold, and I don’t think I ever used this beautiful gold vellum (which is on special this week at SU!!!!) but it was perfect for my theme! I used a sentiment from Delightful Dozen, added a few Brushed Gold hearts and it was done! CAS for sure!
Enjoy your day!
Cassidy was a busy little girl yesterday! She sang Frozen’s Let it Go to me:
convinced her 17YO cousin to sit down and have a tea party with her (he is SUCH a good sport!)
and helped me with a couple of convention swaps:
Such a good helper!
Pink and gold = regal and beautiful! I love the little clusters of hearts. Have a great wedding weekend!
ReplyDeleteLove the pink and gold on the wedding card! So pretty together! And send that gal my way........I need help with my swaps!

Love the card! Cassidy is adorable!
ReplyDeleteYippee here you go again with a pink beauty and then to top it all off you added hearts which you must know I LOVE.......anything about hearts or with hearts. These gold hearts against the vellum sheets are gorgeous. I LOVE THIS CARD:) Did you figure out that I really love this card;) heehee.
ReplyDeleteCassidy is such a good helper and I'm sure she love to do it too. I'll be looking forward to seeing these convention swaps when they're done...hint hint;)
This is beautiful LeAnne! Wish I could hear Cassidy singing! Enjoy your family, sounds wonderful ;)
ReplyDeleteWhat a good helper Cassidy is! The last time my daughter helped me with a stamp-a-stack she named herself my stamp-a-slave, hah! Love your pretty card and I hope you enjoy the wedding!
