Here’s a little card of encouragement for a fellow weight-loss friend; she’s having a rough go of it this month, so I thought I would use the sketch from Match the Sketch:
to make my card for her:
It was a no-brainer to use the Fresh Prints designer paper stack, since the colors and prints matched so well! I used a sentiment set from Sweet & Sassy along with a retired floral die called Birds & Blooms for the little flower:
There were two flowers in the die set, so I added the larger one to the inside:
I hope she is encouraged by it!
Did you know that your electric toothbrush can be used to stir your tea? Neither did I!!!
I bet that toothbrush could make great bubbles, too!
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet card and how sweet of you to make it for your friend! I'm sure she'll love it! Hmm can you make smoothies with that toothbrush, too?!
ReplyDeleteLove the colors and papers on this one LeAnne! The little row of pearls is a nice accent!
ReplyDeleteI love the sentiment and the colour scheme...need to check out that sketch challenge! Losing weight is tough...so kind of you to be an encouragement to your friend!
ReplyDeleteThis color combo gets me every time and your card is just beautiful. What a wonderful inspiration for your friend. And you seriously had me laughing out loud about the toothbrush! I don't dare share it with my favorite tea room - they'd probably market it in their gift shop!
ReplyDeleteYour granddaughter is the highlight of every day! What a precious treasure! God has truly blessed you! : D
ReplyDeletelove it! aqua and red....my fave!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness your card is a perfect look alike to that cake. I love it.
ReplyDeleteAnd now I know I can toss out the mixer. Way to go Cassidy!
Happy weekend!
Hugs,
Linda
