I was tempted to make a St Patrick’s card, but I don’t usually send out those type of cards, so I just made a “hello, thinking of you” card!
I substituted Garden Green for Glorious Green because I have barely any left in my stash, and I thought it worked well enough! That banner was stamped with the new background stamp, Hardwood. I stamped the Gumball Green plaid banner with the Gingham wheel, and the little teacup is from Kind & Cozy. A couple of little rhinestones add some sparkle!
And here is the inside, also from Kind & Cozy:
Hope you’ll play along with us this week…..the design team’s creations can be seen at the ColourQ blog as well! And they are AWESOME!First, you build the building:
Then, you sit in the box in which the Duplos are stored:
And then you stuff it full of your animals and dolls!
Enjoy your day!

Love this and the sketch with the colours! Great card, LeAnne!
ReplyDeleteI'm falling behind on my blog reading. I love your take on this color sketch. Great card and the colors work so well together. Love seeing your Christmas tree card too. What fun to expose Cassidy to the musical instruments and it looks like she had a great time.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty with the embossed circles and lovely doily! Love the green/gray combo!
ReplyDeleteOh what fun. That girl loves to think up new ways to have fun with the stuff she has.
ReplyDeleteA really adorable card I love the green and gray. Very cool!
Cute! Love the dots and the doily!
ReplyDeleteCUTE card LeAnne!! Love what you did with the sketch !! Kids always love the box more than the toy don't they ;)
ReplyDeleteThis reminds me...I have to make at least ONE St. Patrick's Day card for SIL! Great use of the colors and such a cute idea with the tea cup.
ReplyDeleteLove it when the kids use their imaginations!
Lovely card, LeAnne!! Great take on the sketch - love the doiley and the xtra banner you've added.
ReplyDeleteI like your card and its fun banners. This was a nifty color challenge and I like that you didn't do St. Patrick's for it. I like it when people avoid the obvious.
ReplyDeleteGreat card there, LeAnne.. Hello little girl!! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for visiting my blog and leaving some love on my project..

ReplyDeleteEnjoying ALL your cards in my inbox leanne! This is great especially since you showed the colors on a non st pats day card ( but i do love those as its my birthday!)
