Hey peeps! We’re half-way through the week! I know lots of you are going to the SU Convention….can’t wait to see all the fun stuff that will be happening!!! I’ll be back here in PA, holding down the fort……LOL!
Anyway, in my Paper Players post on Sunday, I showed you how you could use the Six-Sided Sampler polka dot image and a circle punch to create a….polka dotted circle! There was a polka dot challenge out in the blog world somewhere, and that was my original intent for making this card, but I didn’t write it down and can’t find it now. But the card is still cute…kinda silly, but I wanted to use up all the circles I had punched out:
Cassidy has a Baby Einstein DVD she used to watch all the time, and there was a little puppy who could hear a rumbling sound in the background….he cocked his ear and waited….and bam! I whole load of multi-colored balls fell on his head! Cassidy knew what was coming and she would get so excited because she knew that little pup was going to be conked on the head! Anyway, that’s what this card reminds me of…..a puppy so excited he can’t figure out which ball to play with first! I stamped him in Baked Brown Sugar and then colored him in with a blender pen and popped him up:
And of course, I had to add some bouncing balls on the inside too:
