Happy Saturday, peeps! What a week! I am trying to clean up layers of drywall dust as we do some updating to my craft room! My mojo level has gone done in direct proportion to the increased amount of dust and cleaning I have to do! But the end result will be worth it…I can see the light at the end of the tunnel! Anyway, I had a few minutes to stamp yesterday and since I never have enough masculine birthday cards, I snapped up the chance to use the recent Seize the Birthday challenge:
I pulled out some cool Echo Park papers and used my new A Round Array stamp set, along with the Designer Typeset clear stamp set:
These papers are so fun, they do most of the work! I did stamp and cut out the banners, stamped the “HB”, punched it out and adhered it to the little scallop. Fun & easy!
I also wanted to share with you some pretty Easter cards I received! This sweet one is from my friend and downline, Penny:
This one is from my talented friend, Linda, whose blog I dearly miss:
and this beautifully simple one from my other friend and downline, Shawn:
Thanks for letting me share these with you! Oh, and here’s some Cassidy for you, dying eggs with Mommy:
A perfect masculine birthday card! The Easter cards you received are all lovely too :)
ReplyDeleteLove all of your cards that you created and I never have enough masculine or kids cards laying around.
ReplyDeleteLucky you to get a redo on the craftroom. I need a whole house redo.
I enjoy seeing pictures of Cassidy. I have watched her grow up. Cassidy reminds me so much of my oldest daughter so it has been fun watching her grow. Is your dear friend Linda from Linda's Stampin Loft because I miss that blog so much too. Thanks for all of the hard work you do on your blog.
ReplyDeleteI like all of the cards and that DSP is so cute on your card. Cassidy looks like such a big girl. Have a blessed Easter my friend. Hugs, Bev
ReplyDeleteHooray for getting the craft room updated! Boo to all the dust that goes along with it. ;)
ReplyDeleteLove this masculine card! It's got an upbeat, fresh feel, unlike so many guy cards that feel heavy.
The Easter cards you received are lovely! I especially like the simplicity of the cross with cloth draped on it. wow.
Happy Easter, LeAnne!
Thanks for sharing. Both cards are beautiful in their own way.
ReplyDeleteLove these papers! What a great masculine card. All of your Easter cards are beautiful. Thanks for joining us this week at Seize the Birthday. Happy Eater LeAnne.
ReplyDeleteFabulous masculine card! LOVE that DP you used on here too.
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining us at Seize the Birthday.
