Good morning, peeps! I needed a get well card for a friend, and the current sketch challenge at JUGS was just what I needed to get started! Here’s the sketch:
I used some Fan Fair paper, because my friend likes pink, and added some floral images from Summer Silhouettes and a butterfly from Creative Elements. It’s so fun mixing and matching stamp sets!
I used a Labels Collection framelit for my sentiment panel, stamping a sentiment from Delightful Dozen; I also stamped the flourish from Creative Elements over the whole piece as well:
This Raspberry Ripple is such a yummy color! Cherry Cobbler complements it so well….as does the Primrose Petals ribbon! So glad you could stop by today!
what a beautiful card LeAnne ~ it's been SO long since I created a card...a little scared to get to it, but you always inspire me...enjoy your day and that darling little smiling face :-) *hugs*
ReplyDeleteI'm not really into copying ideas, but I'm pinning this one for future reference. :) I love the way you used Summer Silhouettes and will need to try that. Great card!
