Happy Sunday, everyone! It’s been beautiful here in PA this weekend, so I didn’t do much stamping! But it is time for the Paper Players challenge, with Anne Marie as our hostess! Once again, I “missed” the CAS portion of this polka dot challenge, but hopefully Anne Marie will be lenient with me!
I LOVE polka dots, and Lesley’s Freshly Made Sketches sketch with the three panels this week was perfect for my idea:
And here we go:
I used DP in Baja Breeze, Pacific Point and Marina Mist, and stamped my little teacup in Marina Mist as well. I have used this idea of hearts floating above the teacup before, but it is so cute, I had to do it again! And the cute little banner from Itty Bitty Banners will be available June 1!
I hope you’ll play along with us this week….everybody likes polka dots, don’t they!? Be sure to hop over to the Paper Players blog so you can share you creation and see what the others have created as well!
Cassidy discovered two limes in the refrigerator; she just had to try them!
This is such a great idea with the hearts! Love that cup with the polka dot DSP. Too cute with the limes...what fun that curiosity is! Glad to see you this week at FMS!
ReplyDeleteAww, so sweet LeAnne! I love the hearts over the teacup and the itty bitty banner is adorable! Great use of the polka dot panels and the sketch! Love the new blog look too!
ReplyDeleteShe is very sweet!!!! Love, Nika
ReplyDeleteAnd thank you very much for prayers!!!!
Aww, you are too funny LeAnne! When have I not loved one of your beautiful creations? This is darling! I really like how you featured the monochromatic blues and the little cuppa love! Too cute! Speaking of cute...Cassidy sure is getting big. Holy cow, look at the long legs on that little lady! Enjoy the rest of your weekend! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteI love the teacup with hearts coming out of the top! And your blue tones make me so happy. Wishing YOU a cup full of happiness on this beautiful day, with hearts coming out all over.
ReplyDeleteReally do like your teacup card. I love polka dots, teacups and blue!!

ReplyDeleteI love those hearts in the teacup! So cute! I was going to enter my card in this challenge and then decided my card wasn't very CAS afterall :)
ReplyDeleteThose expressions on Cassidy's face say it all :) Cute!

ReplyDeleteAbsolutely adorable, LeAnne! I love the blue DSP and the teacup!

ReplyDeleteLove love love your card. So cute!
Love this beautiful "blue card" LeAnne! That teacup is soooo cute and love those little hearts.
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty card in blue LeAnne!
ReplyDeleteI love all the blue! The hearts floating out of the cup are super duper adorable!
ReplyDeleteYou do have to remember that AM's idea of CAS is much different than everyone else's. I think as long as it's under 15 layers or so it works for her. LOL
I too love polka dots, actually anything in a circle. lol Your card is a perfect display of them and how perfect for mailing!
ReplyDeleteSuch a fabulous dotty card!!! Love the monochromatic tone, it really frames all the dots beautifully without making it too busy! Love the limes! My oldest has never liked citrus fruit but then my second boy, Collin cracked us up by eating lemon wedges like they were orange slices as a baby! To each his own;)
ReplyDeleteA cup of heartfelt greetings... I love it. I would never have thought of it, but it's perfect! I love the fact that there is so much detail on this card and yet it still has such clean lines. My favorite DT card this week.
ReplyDeleteHugs
Jaydee
Love the monocromatic blues! This card totally showcases the polka dot challenge perfectly. Those floating hearts are so sweet anyone would love to receive this cute little cup of love.
ReplyDeleteAwesome as always, LeAnne! I first reached for the polka dotted tea cup before I eyed the little flowers I ended up using. I love the blue color combo and the finishing touches of polka dots right down to the eyelet border. Such a fun card! And, it goes without saying, but...your granddaughter is always adorable! Hope you have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteThis card is so pretty - love the hearts with the tea cup!
