My birthday card today features a sketch from Freshly Made Sketches:
and colors from the challenge at Hand Stamped Sentiments:I had to add a couple more colors for hair and skin, and I hope that’s okay!
I also added a couple more musical notes:
And the inside……..So tweet!!!
We had a tiny bit of snow earlier in the week that melted fairly quickly, but we had a chance to romp in the spots that didn’t get the sun:
The mittens (which are way too big) are ones that I have been saving for many, many years….my mom knit them for Dana, so even though she never got to meet her great-granddaughter, Cassidy can still share in something her great-grandmother made!
I love the colors and sweet image on your card, and the sketch is awesome! It looks like Cassidy is enjoying the snow with her little hands toasty warm in GGM's mittens! Too cute!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card, LeAnne! Love the colors and of course those Pure Innocence Girls are just the sweetest!
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of sweet....Cassidy looks adorable all dressed in her snow attire and beautifully made mittens! She's just the sweetest little girl! Seeing her pics everyday on your blog just makes me smile!
Happy TGIF!! :)

ReplyDeleteI really enjoy all of your beautiful work. The Bible verse is one of my fev. Miss Cassidy is blessed to have you, as you are to have her. I'm sure she thinks you got that snow, just for her pleasure. How generous of you to order so much. Oh to be a child again.
