Just a quick post today—I am not getting much stamping time in these days! I had this cute Penny Black snowman colored and sitting on my desk all lonely, and when I saw the Jingle Belles challenge today—Suzy Snowflake—I thought this would be perfect. Now, he’s not Suzy, but he does have snowflakes and he’s made of snow…well, you get the picture! Here we go:
I also used the Card Patterns sketch 133, turning it on its side to fit my image:
Image was stamped in Stazon ink and colored with SU markers…..papers are all Basic Grey! TFL!
We have had gray, dreary, humid weather here lately but that has not stopped Cassidy from having some outside fun:
And just so you know, we have a HUGE yard in which to play….but I turned my back for a couple of seconds, and into the puddle she went. Once she was there, I figured I might as well just let her play in it! Have a wonderful Friday!!!
I really must buy that snowman image as it makes me smile every time I see it. Great card. Smiled when I saw the pic of Cassidy in the puddle. Puddles draw kids as magnets LOL! Good for you for letting her enjoy her time in there. Remember puddle jumping in a huge puddle my kids and I came across one day. My son got water down his boot and those things god suctioned on reeeeeally well LOL! Took all I had to get them off his feet when we got home. Great memory though :)
ReplyDeleteAdorable card LeAnne - I just love that PB snowman and the papers work so perfectly with him. I swear - water is a total kid-magnet. My grandchildren will find it no matter where we are and step in it, sit in it, spash it at each other, you name it - if it's wet they want a piece of it. She's looking good! ~chris
