I had the chance to sit and play with one of my new toys from the Summer mini, the Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer punch—what a cool little tool that is! It punches three layers that you can play with! The first thing I did was to embellish a quick little sb page—this is my DGD from January, and I can’t believe how she’s grown already:
I punched the flowers in Pink Pirouette, Pear Pizzazz, Melon Mambo and Pumpkin Pie, and mixed the layers all up, adding a little flower punched with the Boho Blossom punch and a 1/4” circle for the center as well.
I also used a sentiment from Word Play, which is 30% off this month in honor of National Scrapbooking Month!
The next project was a simple little 4x4 card (my customers like to know they can re-create these projects easily!) made from a piece of textured Certainly Celery as the base:
The flower was punched from Baja Breeze & Daffodil Delight; the stem is from Funky Four, and the center is a glimmer brad. I used one of the punched “frames” as an outline for my inside sentiment:
And finally, a cute little note card; I punched four single full flowers from Elegant Soiree and gathered them around another glimmer brad to make a ruffled flower and adhered it to a 3x3 gift card:
I love that you can get so many looks from one punch! If you’re interested, please contact me or you can shop right through my website, listed on the right sidebar!
Tomorrow the Paper Players normally would have a new post, but due to the Blogger issues this week, we’re extending our challenge for a week! So if you wanted to play but couldn’t, please do stop over again….I believe everything has been pretty much resolved! Phew! I was having withdrawal!!!
