Quick post as I have a busy day! In trying to keep up with my weekly Christmas card, the Pals Paper Arts sketch was a needed boost:
I also used the colors from CR84FN24:
After that, it all went downhill! I just couldn’t get the thought in my head to translate to my card. It is what it is:
Between the baby not cooperating and my glitter, glue & Versamark not cooperating, I finally just hung it up! I think I have too many other things going on today to concentrate! Before I go though, I thought I’d share some totally opposite-seasoned photos I took yesterday at Longwood Gardens. It was almost 80 degrees, so it was just too good a day to stay inside:
Enjoy your day!
- Stamps: Winter Post, Tiny Tags
- Paper: VV, Bashful Blue Patterns, Cool Caribbean
- Ink: Marina Mist, Bashful Blue, Versamark
- Acc: Heat & Stick Powder, Heat tool, Nesties, Scallop Border Punch, 3/4” Circle Punch, Northern Flurry EF, Northern Frost Die, Rhinestone Brads, Corner Rounder, glitter
The flower photos are beautiful - the baby is gorgeous - and you are so ahead of the game with your Christmas cards - love the cool blues! You need to give time management classes - I will sign up!
ReplyDeleteYour card is so pretty! I also love the photos from Longwood we went 2 years ago in the spring and wanted to head back this year, but the weather didn't cooperate with us.
ReplyDeleteLooks like Cassidy enjoyed Longwood Gardens too--what a great day to be outdoors! Our temps yesterday didn't get out of the fifties, but we make up for it in the summer when it's cooler here during heat waves. Glad you had such a nice time.
ReplyDeleteTwo extremes on your post - winter card and spring flowers LOL! LOVE the flower pictures. Tulips are my favorite flower and these shots remind me of the tulip gardens in Holland I went to see when I lived thee for a year working with Billy Graham. Have a blessed Easter weekend :)
ReplyDeleteOhhhh Longwood! I miss being able to go there. My sister and sister in law took flower classes there. That is a little heaven on earth. It looks like you both enjoyed it.
ReplyDeleteLeanne, I love the Micah quote, I love the daily shots of your so so happy granddaughter -- she always brings a smile to my lips! I love the pics of Longwood Gardens, and I love the skating duo -- you've made my day today!
