Happy Tuesday, peeps! Another ColourQ challenge coming your way! What do you think of these colors:
Unfortunately, I am not too good at using floral images on my cards, so I went with something a little more abstract today! I used the Fall to Layout#123:
to make a get-well card for a young lady in our congregation who had to have emergency appendectomy surgery this week!
Pretty straightforward; I used the Beautiful Wings embosslit for my butterflies and mounted them on a square of Confetti White that was run through the Square Lattice EF. The words are from PTI’s Autumn Abundance…that set has such nice sentiments! A little stitching, gathered ribbon, some bling…..I hope it brings a smile to her face!
How about bringing a smile to our faces and playing with the Colour Courtiers this week? Hop on over to the CQC blog and show us your creative side using these colors!
- Stamps: Autumn Abundance, PTI
- Paper: Confetti White, Cherry Cobbler, Poppy Parade, So Saffron, Always Artichoke, So Saffron Patterns DP
- Ink: Always Artichoke
- Acc: Beautiful Wings Embosslit, Square Lattice EF; Rhinestones, 1 1/4 & 1” Circle Punches, Sewing Machine, Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding, dimensionals
