I am still making green and brown thank you cards, as Arielle’s ColourQ challenge was similar to yesterday’s SCS colors…take a gander at THIS incredible inspiration piece:
This is so bold and striking! I really wanted to make a black card, but it seemed a bit too dark, so I went with some lovely BG Capella and Porcelain papers and SU’s Artistic Etchings:
There’s a lot going on here---crochet flower, antique brads & trinkets, crinkly ribbon, hanging tags that say “thank you” and some little teeny bling! I hope you will find time to play along with this striking color combo---I think a New Year’s card would be awesome in these colors! Did you forget to send someone a Christmas card? Send them a NY card!!! Check out what the other designers have come up with here at the ColourQ blog!
- Stamps: Artistic Etchings, Because I Care, French Foliage, PTI’s Mixed Messages
- Paper: Naturals Ivory, Old Olive, Naturals White, BG Cappella & Porcelain
- Ink: Basic Black, Crumb Cake, Old Olive, Basic Gray
- Acc: Nesties, Circle, Word Window, 1/16” & Modern Label Punches, Daubers, Antique Brads, Vintage Trinkets, Seam Binding, Crochet Flower, Tiny Rhinestones, Silver Thread
And a couple more Christmas pictures:
