Okay, so I am on a watermelon kick---sorry, when I saw Arielle’s ColourQ swatch for this week, I just had to make another one. You can see the first one here!
and although the colors are not “true” watermelon colors, I thought they were close enough to make another fun fruity card:
I admit my little lines on the rind are kind of corny….but hopefully it WILL make somebody smile! Aren’t these colors fun? Check out what the other Royal Court designers did with this inspiration challenge; you can click on the blinkie on my right sidebar, or just see them in all their glory right on the ColourQ blog! Come on and play along, we want you to have fun too!
So I have to make a confession. I am embarrassed to admit it, but I used the wrong color on my card! I used Regal Rose instead of Ruby Red… I hope the CQC police won’t come after me!!! But it just goes to show, you can use similar colors---right?! :D
