What a great weekend we had at Harvey Cedars Bible Conference on Long Beach Island, NJ! The weather was HOT! Much better than the wet & rainy weather we had the last time I was there! It was a real time of spiritual refreshment and fun with my sisters in Christ! However, I came home to over 100 emails and 300 Reader posts….oh dear! So if I didn’t comment on your posts, I apologize. I just have a really busy week, so I hope you understand.
Before going off to work today, I have already made two quiches, a lemon bread, my DH’s dinner and this card! Had to get out of that hot hot kitchen!!! The CAS challenge today is to make a card with May flowers---and I was ready! I had this digi image already printed out, as well as the gingham paper; both are from a very nice blog called Bird’s Cards. You gotta check it out! Colored it in quickly with some Copics and made it into a CAS card:
I loosely followed the Stamping411 Sketch #149, turning it on its side:
I haven’t quite decided how to use this card, so I’ll add the sentiment later! Thanks for visiting today; tomorrow is ColourQ, so be sure to stop back to see Arielle’s new challenge!
