Another Christmas Card

Woohoo!  Another Christmas card for my stash—so far I am on track for one a week!  I used the Saturday Sketch #137 from Stampin 411, shown here:

I wanted to do this quickly, so I pulled out my Christmas Jingle Scrappin’ Kit and put together some papers and elements:

I also used the Scallop Trim punch, some oval punches, Vanilla Hodgepodge Hardware and some grosgrain ribbons.  And here’s the inside:

Sorry for the poor photo….red is so difficult for me to photograph!!Sentiment is from Loads of Love, stamped on textured Very Vanilla and punched with the large oval punch.

  13. What a gorgeous card. and inspiration to make a card a week. That is a super idea. I need to do that. It sure does seem to come along sooner than I expect it.. year after year.
    I have that kit and I love your card... so into my favorites it's going!

  15. Ooooh, this is a good one! LOVE the punched border, and LOVE what you did with the Hodgepodge Hardware! So often we feel obligated to put a sentiment in those things, and this idea is fabulous!
