Let's face it...one of the reasons we stamp is because we love all those colors--mmm!!! Dawn McVey's color challenge this week is a fun one:
Again, she uses mostly PTI colors, which I don't have, but I think my choices were fairly close:
I used markers to ink up the sentiment in different colors; you can barely see the Rose Red panel, but it is there! The Raspberry Tart DP makes a lovely background, don't you think! Well, I'm off--a busy week this week and I don't have ONE Easter card made!!
- All products SU unless noted
- Stamps: All Holidays
- Paper: Kraft, Pink Pirouette, Cameo Coral, Rose Red, Very Vanilla
- Ink: Creamy Caramel
- Acc: Markers, Taffeta Ribbon, Grosgrain Ribbon, Twill (Taylored Expressions), Butterfly Punch (Martha Stewart), bling (Michaels), dimensionals
Such a sweet card. You rocked the challenge! TFS
ReplyDeleteIs it my imagination, or are you changing your blog background to coordinate with your cards??? I love this card, and then my eyes went all happy over the matching colors EVERYWHERE. If you ARE doing it, please tell me HOW. If you're not changing your background with every card....inform Joe to get me to the psychiatrist.
