Papercraft Planet is having a "12 Days of Christmas" celebration, and it starts today! Whew, lots of things going on in the papercrafting world! Today's challenge is to use a tree and/or a bird in your card. I finally broke into my long-hoarded Basic Grey Fruitcake DP and used both sides on my card, which is also the Sketch Challenge at SCS this week! This little tree from Lizzie Anne Designs' "Christmas in the City" hasn't seen any ink since last Christmas, so I thought it would look cute with this paper. Although, I wish I had used a different color ink for the branches, I still love this little tree. The ornaments are little circles from Papertrey's "Green Thumb" set; the star is from the "Believe" set. Spreading the love around my sets today!
- Stamps: Christmas in the City, LAD; Mixed Messages, Believe, Green Thumb, PTI
- Paper: Kiwi Kiss, Confetti White, Riding Hood Red, Always Artichoke, Fruitcake DP
- Ink: Riding Hood Red, Old Olive & Chocolate Chip Craft; Old Olive, Chocolate Chip, Sage Shadow
- Acc: Nesties, CB Small Tag, Aquapainter, Red Hemp Twine, Eyelets & CAD, Gelly Roll Pen
That tree and that DP are the perfect pair! Awesome!
