Happy Sunday, peeps! Claire is our Paper Players hostess this week, and since it's the fifth Sunday, it's a Tic-Tac-Toe! She has some wonderful choices for us! She must have known how much I love vintage, so my automatic choice was the right column of Vintage, Patterned Paper and Sparkle! Let's go!
I had a couple of pieces of some lovely vintage papers from Simple Stories left from a pad I got several years ago....they're almost all gone, but I salvaged one piece with this wonderful Santa against a collage of vintage prints. I didn't want to cut it down, so I made it into a large slimline card measuring 4" x 8"...here we go:
| Project Details—All Products SU! Unless Otherwise Specified | |
| Stamps | Vintage Christmas (Flonzcraft) |

LeAnne, I do know how much we both love vintage. This is just fabulous! I love the gorgeous DSP and the way you cut out all the holly! The vintage sentiment is just perfect and the red glimmer paper makes it pop! Thank you for making my challenge shine! Have a wonderful week. My Friend!
ReplyDeleteThis is so beautiful!!!
ReplyDeleteI love what you did with this card!!!!
perfect sentiment!
Oh, LeAnne! My vintage loving heart is going pitter-pat! This piece of paper is gorgeous. I love how you snipped out the holly leaves on the edge. What a great detail! Have a wonderful week!
ReplyDeleteA lovely vintage card, LeAnne! I really like how you stamped the greeting on patterned paper too, that makes it feel much more like it goes along with the vintage Santa. The glimmer paper is a great touch that doesn't steal the spotlight from the Santa too. Lovely!
ReplyDeleteWhen I saw vintage on the board, I knew you would use that block! This is fabulous, LeAnne!
ReplyDeleteAs soon as I saw Vintage in the grid, I knew you'd produce a beauty like this! The collage of papers makes a great playground for the glorious Santa, like the ones I remember from childhood. The font is vintage all on it's own. Great card!
ReplyDeleteI was so hoping you'd choose the vintage option LeAnne - and your card doesn't disappoint! I love a vintage Santa too and that band of pretty glimmer adds a lovely festive sparkle. Just beautiful!
