PP754 Sending You Cheer

Happy Sunday, peeps!  Time for a new Paper Players challenge with Ann as our hostess! And what a fun challenge she has for us:

Ann's challenge gave me the chance to use this cute new set called Jar of Joy!  Here we go:

I used the sketch from CAS Colours & Sketches:

I stamped the jar, gingerbread and candy image and punched it out with the matching punch, then mounted it on a piece of Christmas Tags & More Specialty DSP.  The horizontal strip is the opposite side of the green paper.  I added some Peppermint embellishments for more candy fun!

The sentiment on the front is from another new set called Wishing You Joy:

I added a little piece of DSP on the inside, as well as another sentiment from Jar of Joy:

There are endless possibilities for our challenge this week! Be sure to hop over to the Paper Players and see what the other designers came up with! And while you're there, be sure to welcome our new team member, Christy!  She's been playing with us for a long time, and we're happy to have her on the team! Thanks for popping in today!  Enjoy your day and be blessed!

  11. LeAnne, this is such a darling Christmas card! Who doesn't love gingerbread cookies (or anything!) during the holidays. I love the green patterned paper too. It's a great match with the jar of goodies.

  12. LeAnne your card made me want to go and make some gingerbread cookies, even though Christmas is still a long way off - that jar of cookies with the tiny peppermints in between is adorable! A great take on our CAS Colours & Sketches layout too!

  13. LeAnne, your cookie jar is fabulous. Such a fun image. I love the way you paired it with that multicolor horizontal stripe and how it picks up the red on your cookies. The little peppermint swirl on top of the lid was the perfect finishing touch.
