Paper Players 362 Clean and Simple Harvest

Happy Sunday, everyone!  I am the hostess over at the Paper Players, and I've chosen a harvest theme for our Clean and Simple challenge:

Isn't Nance's prompt so pretty?  I bought this Our Daily Bread Designs stamps at a stamp show last summer, and this is the first time I've inked it up!  I thought it would be ideal for today's challenge:

I stamped it on a diecut panel of Very Vanilla in Cajun Craze ink and added a tiny bit of shading with some Crumb Cake ink.  I added a simple layer behind it, some Crumb Cake ribbon and stamped a sentiment from My Creative Time on the front in Chocolate Chip ink.  The inside uses a sentiment from Sweet Pea Designs:

Simple and easy!  And since it uses a stamp I purchased last July, I am submitting it to the RetroRubber challenge 71 this week of Anything Goes!

I hope you'll play along with our harvest challenge this week!  Be sure to check out the cute samples the Paper Player designers created too!  You can see them all HERE.

The fam went out to dinner a couple weeks ago and Cassidy wanted to sit next to Wayne.  When they both ordered the same thing, she declared they were "soup twinsies"!!!

Enjoy your day and be blessed!

  2. I have missed seeing your beautiful cards and family pics. We are back to normal now. Our community still has some major clean up but we were very blessed that our powerful God answered our prayers to knock Irma down to a 2 when she went through here. His ways will always be a mystery to me. We were without power for almost 6 days. Have a blessed week.

  6. The cross from sheaves of wheat is a striking image and the colours are striking too. The diagonals of ribbon add interest without detracting from the central panel. Lovely, as always.
