Happy Thursday! I was designing some cards for my last Christmas card stamp camp, and I thought I would incorporate this week’s Freshly Made Sketches sketch:
I hadn’t used this Come to Bethlehem set this year, and the large focal panel seemed perfect for it:
Elegant Eggplant is another neglected item in my craft room lately, so I used it as my base, added a Brushed Gold mat and some luxurious velveteen ribbon. The star and the ribbon are both embellished with a simple gold brad.
Inside and out, the sentiments were stamped with Encore Gold ink. Thanks for visiting today!
Gorgeous color combination, LeAnne! The gold and Elegant Eggplant color combination is so rich and perfect for a card honoring our King, the real reason for the Season! And the snippet of velvet trim adds the final touch of richness. Well done!

Love those colors together and what a great Christmas stamp. So traditional. I always say you need at least one of those in your stash.
