Happy Saturday, everyone! Even before this challenge popped up at Little Red Wagon, I had saved this pretty lavender envelope from my mail, because I knew I wanted to create something with it! So it worked perfectly for the "Earth Day" challenge, which was to use something recycled on your creation! So here we go; simple and easy:
I cut the envelope to fit my card front and adhered it; I diecut a vellum circle and sponged some Gorgeous Grape ink on the back of it, then added a scalloped border around it. The floral diecut was a leftover from yesterday's project, unused, and I thought it worked well with the outline images on the envelope:
I added some Smoky Slate pearls and a sentiment from Lily of the Valley. I left the inside blank, and will add a sentiment when I send it out! Thanks for popping in today! Enjoy it and be blessed!

ReplyDeleteLeAnne, I would have rescued that one myself! What a gorgeous color and design it has - perfectly matched your grape ink, too! Topped with your left-over floral you've truly made an Earth Day difference!
