PP770 Sketch from Jaydee

Happy Sunday, peeps!  Hope you're staying safe and warm!  Jaydee is our Paper Players hostess this week with a fun sketch for us:

Normally I like my elements in groups of three, so this was a wee bit different for me, but I went with it! I thought those little shapes would work perfectly with some little hearts...what do you think?

The Made With Love hearts were cut with a Nestability die and backed with a scalloped heart in Basic White.  I added a few sequins to each of them.  The background is a lovely swirl from Altenew, and the sentiment is from Papertrey:

I used the Mini Alphabet die to make a fun sentiment for the inside, along with another image from the Papertrey set.

I think this sketch could be used for so many different themes! I hope you'll play along with us at the Players and share yours with us as well!  Thanks for visiting today!  Enjoy your day and be blessed!

  6. Super! I love the way the background swirls lead the eye down the card. Like you, I found it odd to work in a group of four and not three but in the end, I enjoyed the challenge. The little scalloped edges around the hearts are cute - and you've reminded me that I think I have a pair of punches that will do the same job and I might have to hunt them out!

  8. LeAnne, I love your take on the sketch. I love all the movement with the background cover die, and you are right, the hearts were the perfect element for the sketch. The polka dots with the scallops are a perfect match. Thanks for rocking my sketch this week

  9. Such a pretty Valentine, LeAnne, and another great way to turn this sketch into a standard card size as opposed to a slimline. Love the sequins on the cute hearts and the polka dot paper pairs well with the stitched swirls on the background layer. Lovely!
