Happy Wednesday, all! The SU Only challenge is a color one this week:
and I needed a birthday card for my great-nephew Sawyer. I had an idea in mind and decided to incorporate these colors as well. All my images are retired SU, and I hope that's okay for the challenge! I also used the sketch from CAS Colours & Sketches for my uber-CAS card:
So here we go:
I know the image looks black, but trust me, it is Night of Navy! I stamped designs from Gorgeous Grunge and Perfectly Wrapped in the corner in Crushed Curry, then stamped the Extreme Dirt Bike stamp in Navy. I did add some speckles as well, stamped off. Sentiment is from Rev Up The Fun:
I added a simple birthday sentiment on the inside. And since the Little Red Wagon challenge this week is K for "Keep it Simple", I am adding it there as well!
Here's a picture of Sawyer and his brother, sister, mom and mom mom; they have a cookie-making day every Christmas at their mom mom's house:

Great sketch and what a really cool card for Sawyer! Love the stamps you used on his card, too! (Blast from the past for sure!) Those kiddo's are growing up so fast! They look like they had a fun time on cookie making day! Happy Birthday to Sawyer! :)

Retired SU! stuff is perfectly fine for the SUO Challenge! It's always fun to see old favorites come out to play again in my opinion, and you've got a fun mashup of challenges going here, perfectly balanced with the sketch and colors! Gorgeous Grunge is an old favorite, so fun to see it again and it's perfect with the dirt bike image. Thanks for playing along with us at SUO Challenges!

This is a terrific card for a young dare devil, LeAnne! It reminds me of our oldest grandson, but at least it was a regular bike and not motorized. As it is he broke more than one bicycle jumping it! The boys are growing so fast and so is their little sister. What a beautiful family! You can feel the love they share.
