52CCT22-45 Mistletoe Christmas

Happy rainy, wet, cold, damp Saturday, everyone!  I got my chores done and snuck in some stamping time today, just a quick little Christmas card using the sketch from Christmas Card Throwdown:

I had a little piece of gingham DSP floating around on my desk, and I just got some cute little mistletoe dies (Merry early Christmas to me!) so I thought this sketch would work perfectly with them!  Here we go:

I diecut the gingham and a mat of Shaded Spruce with Stitched Rectangle dies, then diecut the mistletoe from Mint Macaron cardstock and the berries from Shimmery White.  I added a red satin ribbon behind the panel and adhered my greenery:

I added a little ribbon (which I believe is on the Clearance Rack right now!) and stamped sentiments from Peace to You inside and out.  I had a couple extra leaves, so I adhered them on the inside as well!

And now that little scrap is not hanging around on my desk any longer, LOL!  Thanks for popping in today!

This is what you come home to after a long day at school and your braces just got tightened the day before:

She looks so cute all snuggled up like that!  Enjoy your day and be blessed!

I think you've just introduced me to my next SU! paper, LeAnne - what could be more perfect than Mint Macaron at Christmas? Such a sweet little scrap of gingham to match it!
Poor baby - I had braces as an adult, Cassidy! I remember those days! Lucky you are to nap through them!

The snippet of gingham was the perfect spot for the mistletoe! Cute card, LeAnne! Poor Cassidy, hope the nap helped.

So pretty, LeAnne! I'm glad you were able to use up that piece of gingham paper for this! I love the colors and your pretty sprigs of mistletoe! The sketch worked perfectly for this! Awww, poor Cassidy! I remember going thru this with Ryan years ago. Not a fun thing!
